We help you identify the right path to achieve your goals for those you care about most.

Initial Introduction

A no-cost/no-commitment meeting to get to know you and your financial situation.

We start with you.

The purpose of our initial meeting is to ask targeted questions to get to know you and your goals. We want to make sure we are the best fit to help you achieve the outcomes most important to you.

We share how we can help.

Once we understand your goals, we share our mission and introduce you to the specific services that might help you achieve your goals (financial planning, investment management, tax planning, risk management, estate planning, and philanthropy/gi ing). We may follow up with you a er the meeting for additional documents needed to provide a quote for you in the next step. (E.g. statements, policies, etc.)

We provide an initial portfolio proposal.

Once we have completed the discovery, we will have what we need to provide a cost proposal for (only) the specific services you need to accomplish your goals. After the meeting, we give you ample time to speak with a spouse or business partner to determine if the fit is right for you. If it is, we’ll receive the signed agreement and begin billing for the planning engagement (and/or signed paperwork to transfer accounts).

Planning for Your Objectives

This fee-based step continues the journey to help you reach your goals.

We set up your online portal.

This easy-to-use platform enables you to connect related accounts as well as upload and share documents. You can elect to share and store as much information as you would like such as current asset statements, liability statements, estate planning documents, insurance policies, employee benefits, tax returns, and any other documents you want to have us consider. You are always in control of what you share with us!

We host a goal-planning session.

Together, we take the time to discuss your goals, values, and future plans so that we can accurately model and plan out your roadmap. We call this your “ProvistaPlan,” a personalized financial plan aligned to achieve your goals. We want to both understand your needs and identify any potential challenges to reaching your outcomes. During this step, we assess your tolerance for risk and seek to understand your specific investment objectives.

Developing your Personalized ProvistaPlan

We assess where you are currently and what your goals are, that way we can make your ProvistaPlan uniquely yours.

We do an In-depth analysis.

In creating your plan, we first analyze your current portfolios to determine what changes are needed to align your assets with your values and intentions. We also look at how to e ectively minimize tax consequences. Based on findings, we develop recommendations for your next steps.

We create your ProvistaPlan.

We model out your primary road map along with contingency scenarios to identify potential risks to achieving the objectives. We consider potential tax and estate planning strategies to mitigate risk and increase the likelihood of your ProvistaPlan’s success.

Presenting and Discussing Your Plan

We help you understand your ProvistaPlan by walking you through the plan.

We walk you through the plan.

In our meeting, we take the time to walk you through each of our findings and share our highest conviction planning solutions. We want to help you understand the plan in a way that is clear and easy to follow.

We want to be sure you understand.

We point out where the gaps are and how we can help. We want you to be confident in how your money is working for you. Our goal is for you to feel assured in your financial plan and understand how it can help you achieve your goals.

Activating Your Plan

In this step, we set your plan into motion.

We implement your ProvistaPlan.

Once you are comfortable moving forward with your ProvistaPlan, we begin the implementation steps, starting with the strategies that will have the most impact. Once those strategies are in place, we methodically work through each additional recommendation.

We introduce you to additional professionals.

This will often include working with other professionals such as
your attorney, CPA, and/or trust officer. We also recommend professionals in these areas for you to work with if you do not already have your professional team established.

Actively monitoring and Evaluating Your ProvistaPlan's Performance

This ongoing step allows us to actively make adjustments as necessary to keep your best interests in mind.

We take an active approach to your ProvistaPlan.

We understand that life is not static, nor should your plan be! We meet together regularly at your convenience to review your ProvistaPlan’s e ectiveness and evaluate how the strategies and tactics we put in place are performing. This keeps you in the driver’s seat and provides transparency on how your money is working for you.

We adjust your ProvistaPlan as life moves forward.

We understand that your life goals may change over time. Often when you accomplish a particular milestone, you have a better vantage point on what you want to tackle next. We continue to update and tweak your ProvistaPlan as your life circumstances change or your objectives are met. We want to help you protect your financial future while achieving the goals that are most important to you!
